A week long personal project to create an ambient narrative of an ancient temple lost to time. This abandoned deity was worshiped ages ago, and now sits in a flooded cavern, slowly falling apart. This was also a personal challenge for me to learn an efficient workflow between Blender and Zbrush and create a kitbashed/collaged scene and establish a mood and narrative through a subtle shot.
This project involved setting up a scene, lighting, sculpting, texturing, polypainting, composing music and file management. There are about three unique assets and 7 assets such as walls and sculptures and columns that were instanced and collaged through the composition. I managed to finish this in 12 days. With 72 hours for rendering and post process.
